Taylor Tricarico

Managing Partner

Taylor Tricarico has a passion for helping teams and organizations become efficient, well-oiled machines in pursuit of a common goal. Taylor believes wholeheartedly that the key to a successful organization lies within its people. She has experienced and understands the challenges of building, growing, and maintaining a world-class team in a competitive market, while simultaneously tackling ever-changing customer requirements. Taylor believes there are great opportunities in growth, and works diligently to ensure success through positive changes to HR, company processes, customer satisfaction and employee relations. Additionally, Taylor excels at data analysis and establishing successful customer feedback systems. This led her to a role with Open-i Advisors as a lead consultant, with a focus on employee relations and process improvement.
Prior to joining the team, Taylor served in a Director of Operations role for a customer-centric technology firm. During her tenure, she was a key component in doubling the company’s staff size in under two years, as well as establishing an HR and Project Management function. She has a degree in Journalism from Temple University.

Christian Dawson

Co-Founder & Senior Partner

As an entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience building multiple businesses, he has a background in developing business models, go-to-market strategies and marketing campaigns. His expertise centers around building commercialization models for early-stage companies with a passion for social impact. He excels at walking companies through the process of finding and actualizing on their goals, starting with collaborating with them on developing mission and vision statements, performing SWOT analyses and other business exercises designed to put businesses on the path they need to succeed.

Christian Dawson is currently the Executive Director and Co‐founder of the i2Coalition, annd Executive Director of MHz Foundation. Dawson is the former President of innovative web hosting provider ServInt. Dawson has a degree in leadership from the University of Richmond and an MBA from the University of Maryland.

Hilary Osborne

Co-Founder & Senior Partner

Hilary Osborne is currently the Membership Director of the i2Coalition. Osborne serves as i2Coalition’s central coordinator for engaging and recruiting new members, and is the chief driver of growth for the organization. Osborne has 10 years of experience in the hosting and cloud industry. Prior to joining the i2Coalition, Osborne previously worked for iNET Interactive and Web Host Industry Review. One of the most connected people in the Internet infrastructure industry, Osborne has managed accounts for 40 of the top 100 Internet infrastructure companies in the world, and hundreds more. Osborne graduated from George Brown College with a degree in editing.

Kiara Fuentes


A small business development coach and consultant, Kiara loves getting nerdy with CEO’s and Founders on strategic planning, tactical business development, and improving systems/processes so that small businesses can pivot, scale, and grow sustainably. Her previous experience includes aiding in numerous successful end to end business launches, guiding re-brands for a ~1 million dollar company, facilitating workshops, revamping back end systems to increase efficiency. A relationship builder and driver of change, she values collaborative approaches where we not only ideate but implement (she has been referred to Chief Accountability Officer!). When not talking ad nauseam about business development, she can be found in her backyard with her flock of chickens and rescue dog.

Kiran Malancharuvil

Senior Consultant

Kiran is an internet infrastructure and governance specialist who designs strategic advocacy, industry engagement, thought leadership and government affairs plans for her clients to help them achieve and improve policies that facilitate business and community goals. Kiran helps clients improve functionality, market presence and customer service.

Kiran has worked with industry organizations, internet infrastructure groups, governments, chambers of commerce, trade agencies, IGOs and more to achieve the goals of her clients. Kiran has attended dozens of ICANN (Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers) meetings where she designs specific engagement and policy strategies for some of the world’s top internet-facing brands. In addition to her expertise and involvement at ICANN, Kiran has worked with and advised the United States Trade Representative (USTR), the White House Office of the Intellectual Property Enforcement Coordinator (IPEC), the European Commission, the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), the United States Chamber of Commerce Global Intellectual Property Center (GIPC), and the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). Kiran has held leadership positions within ICANN, the International Trademark Association (INTA), the International Anti-Counterfeiting Coalition (IACC) and the American Apparel and Footwear Association (AAFA).

Brandon J. Roy

Marketing Consultant

Brandon J. Roy brings to Open-i Advisors his rich experience in luxury brand management in the consumer goods industry, advertising account management in the health sector and fund development in the not-for-profit sector.

The majority of his career to date has been spent at the L’Oréal Group where he held the title of Marketing Manager for a portfolio of luxury cosmetics brands in the Canadian market, developing a breadth of expertise in 360-strategy development and deployment alongside digital and marketing executions within a fast-paced, dynamic industry. Brandon's marketing management role within a marketing-driven organization offered exposure to a wide-array of business functions, from top-line strategy, to marketing, public relations, logistics, finance (P&L), local sub-contracting & product development, sales, merchandising and business intelligence.

In addition to his brand management experience, Brandon brings to Open-i Advisors his passion for connecting and problem-solving with people, his intuitive creative mindset, design-eye and detail sensitivity, making for a combination that exceeds expectations and a real pleasure to work with.

David Hamilton

Data Scientist

With a background in media and economics, David Hamilton has made a career of communicating complex internet topics to both general and niche audiences. He witnessed the growth of cloud computing as a tech journalist for various media outlets and as a contributing editor for industry publication The WHIR. His attention to detail and analytical eye caught the attention of major tech brands needing both in-depth expertise and the ability to communicate simply and effectively. He’s produced creative content for HP, Intel, Lenovo, Bell Canada, and others. He’s an active member of the tech and startup community in Toronto where he founded a coworking space called Lab T.O. His current focus is on exploring how data and statistics can be applied to the big problems of our era to produce important new insights.

Stacey Servo


Stacey Servo is the Founder of New2Lou, a social resource for newcomers and founding member of Wild Accelerator, a micro-accelerator and idea & early-stage startup initiative geared towards female entrepreneurs. She is an engineer by trade and natural problem solver specializing in marketing & growth strategy, community & brand engagement, thought leadership, social impact optimization, stakeholder engagement and partnership strategy. Never afraid of a new challenge, she dives deep into her work to discover not only solutions for her client’s toughest challenges, but also new opportunities.

Matt Kennedy

Technical Project Manager

Matt Kennedy has been involved with analytics, business intelligence, data warehousing, and marketing automation over the span of his career. His experience encompasses a variety of diverse roles across numerous industries including consulting, pre-sales, and management across diverse industries, consumer loyalty, retail, financial, and web hosting.

Brooke Edge


Brooke Edge is a researcher and strategist with a PhD in Media Studies and Communications. She has directed solutions & insights development for research and advertising agencies, and prior to academia worked as a features reporter in Prague, Czech Republic. Brooke’s academic research focused on healthcare messaging in popular media, qualitative analysis of audience response, and strategic communications to underserved populations. Brooke has conducted consumer and brand research and strategy efforts for clients including Google, AARP, and Brown-Forman, among many others. She also thrives on community involvement, serving as a board leader for numerous Louisville-based non-profit organizations.

Bree Dodd

Project Manager

Bree Dodd brings extensive experience and expertise in the field of technical and operational project management for many notable organizations across multiple industries. When not guiding projects towards successful completion, Bree operates a yoga studio in Richmond, VA.

Vaunda Davis

‘Financial Analyst

Ms. Davis earned her BA (Management) and her MBA (Finance) from Baker College. Professionally, she spent 15 years as the Controller for a $14 million service company before starting her own business in 2009. She has nearly 25 years of experience working with companies in many different business sectors.

Anne Shoemaker


In 2019 Anne launched a coaching business to help aspiring executive women grow beyond their limiting beliefs so they can advance in their career and personal fulfillment. She is pursuing coaching certification through the Co-Active Training Institute as certified by the International Coaching Federation.
Anne also serves as a consultant to small and medium-size businesses and non- profits who need assistance solving cross-functional problems. In this capacity, Anne serves as a team leader and operator skilled at organizing chaos and piloting new business opportunities.

Dmitri Adler

Data Scientist

Dmitri Adler is the co-founder and Chief Data Scientist of Data Society. He has a deep background in machine learning and predictive analytics, and has worked with many businesses and government agencies to help them find predictive insights in their data and train their workforce. Dmitri is a former J.P. Morgan investment banker and hedge fund analyst who used data to improve investment outcomes. Since its start in 2014, Data Society has received numerous awards for its professional programs, federal work, and online education platform. Data Society was highlighted in Forbes as one of the top 10 EdTech companies to watch for 2017.

Data Society’s clients include the U.S. Army, Department of Commerce, Northrop Grumman corporation, the International Monetary Fund, and many others.

Elisabeth Klughardt

Events Manager

Elisabeth Klughardt gathered her logistics/operations expertise in a wide array of industries: nonprofit sector, SaaS, User Interface and Trademark/Patent services in Virginia and Europe.
Elisabeth brings understanding, communication and organization to her role as consultant at Open-i Advisors. With a heavy focus on project management, relationship management, vendor management and event management.
